Not feeling like yourself is actual information, not an overreaction

You know your body is shifting, maybe from scrolling for answers at 3 am that created more questions, the anxiety that came out of nowhere, or the night sweats that have become more frequent. You may already have shared concerns with your doctor, but left feeling unseen and dismissed.

Most women were never taught the fundamentals: the language and the science that are the building blocks of the confidence needed to advocate for yourself. The gap between what the evidence says and what happens in an appointment makes all the difference in our health trajectory.

This is where our personal and group support with women is rooted.

How we help you close the gap

Menopause Office Hours (MOH) is an education, support, and advisory practice for women in perimenopause and menopause.

We've built flexible formats where MOH works alongside you. We translate data and evidence-based information into a concrete plan for getting you the support you need. This can mean teaching you about treatment options, giving you important vocabulary to use, preparing you with action items to confidently advocate in an upcoming appointment, or helping you find a new doctor who can better support you.

Why Women Trust Us

Many women find us through someone they already trust: a friend, a relative, someone who's already sat in the room. Hear from women and how we’ve moved the needle for them.

Meet Lesley, Founder of Menopause Office Hours

I'm Lesley Kantor, a Certified Menopause Doula. I’ve spent 25 years building brands, and this one found me in the middle of my own perimenopause chaos, bouncing to and from appointments that left me with piles of questions and no plan of action.

I started Menopause Office Hours to be the resource for others that I couldn't find for myself. Translating data and evidence-based information into something you can actually use, and giving women the confidence to walk into their next appointment knowing what to ask and how to advocate for it.
